CHICKEN AND BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. instant minced onions
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
2 c. diced cooked chicken
4 oz. can chopped pimentos
Salt and pepper
1 can biscuits - refrigerated

In saucepan combine soup, flour, onion and milk. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add cheese (1 cup) until it melts then add chicken, peas, pimento, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Place in 9 inch baking dish. Place biscuits around edge of dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
