TIM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans deboned white chicken meat
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 bag bread crumbs
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large mixing bowl, mix chicken, sour cream and 1/2 bag of bread crumbs, and salt and pepper together.

Put in a casserole dish, uncovered.

Put the remaining bread crumbs on top of the bowl, spreading evenly.

Melt butter; pour over top of bread crumbs, evenly.

Place in oven at 350°F until top is golden brown. Serve.

Very easy to put together and you can add anything you want to it. I added onions, carrots, celery. It was really good.
