BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa, divided
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 3/4 c. boiling water
Ice cream

Combine flour, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread in ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa on top. Pour boiling water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
