BEER BREAD 
2 c. all purpose flour, self rising
3 tbsp. sugar
12 oz. can beer
Melted butter

Gently mix together flour, sugar, and beer just until blended. Turn out into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, leaving a little bumpy. If using a metal pan, bake in 375 degree oven; if using a glass pan in 350 degree oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until pick inserted comes out clean. Drizzle with butter. Turn out on rack; cool slightly.
