BEER BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12%) can beer

Mix flour, sugar and beer until well blended. Turn out into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Drizzle butter over top. Turn out on rack and cool slightly.
