My family enjoyed this, except I added cinnamon to my mix. My kids love the vanilla & cinnamon mixed together.

I used non-self-rising flour & mine came out as crepes also but they definitely tasted great & my family loved them.

Just add 1/4 tsp. of baking soda if you do not have self rising flour and you will have the most amazing pancakes ever.

Excellent for crepes nonrising and no baking soda, added more milk, and fantastic for pancakes too! Thank you for sharing. We prefer crepes, chopped baked apples with butter, cinnamon, and sugar for filling and viola!

Very good recipe, it was the perfect amount for a family of 3-4. I especially like the addition of vanilla, it made them smell so good while they were cooking!!
