PEACHES & CREAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. flour
4 oz. vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
16 oz. can peaches, sliced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In mixing bowl, stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder. Combine egg, milk and melted butter; add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Chop peaches, sprinkle on top batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and reserved peach liquid; pour on top peaches in pan. Combine the tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool and chill.
