1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. softened butter
20 oz. can fruit pie filling, apple, peach or cherry

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, coconut, and butter. Blend till crumbly. Press in bottom of ungreased 10 x 13 inch cake pan. Spread pie filling evenly over crust. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Then combine sour cream and beaten egg. Spoon over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until edges are golden. (Filling will not be set. Refrigerate and cut into squares.)
