PEACHES & CREAM DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix the above for two minutes at medium speed. Pour into 9" pie tin (greased).

FILLING;
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tbsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar

Arrange 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches (drained) over crust. Beat the above filling ingredients for 2 minutes and spread over peaches 1" from edge of pan. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top then bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Cool Whip.
