REFRIGERATED CREAM CHEESE
DESSERT
 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 sm. instant pudding, any flavor
3 c. cold milk

For bottom layer (crust) combine flour, butter and chopped walnuts; spread on ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. For middle layer fold cream cheese and powdered sugar into 1/2 of Cool Whip. For top layer, mix pudding and milk about 2 to 3 minutes then spread on cream cheese layer. For topping, spread other half of Cool Whip on pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill and serve.
