EASY CREAM CHEESE PUDDING | |
Serves a crowd. 2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (family size) 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant coconut pudding 5 cups whole milk 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip (I use extra creamy) 1 or 2 boxes vanilla wafers or Graham crackers sweetened coconut flakes (optional) Whip cream cheese with hand-mixer until light and creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk to cream cheese and mix until well incorporated. Add instant pudding to cream cheese and sweetened milk mixture, blend well. Add one cup at a time & mixing in whole milk and vanilla extract. Fold in Cool Whip. In 9x13-inch pan or large dish begin to layer dessert. First a cookie layer, second pudding layer, third sweetened coconut (if using). Continue layering dessert until all pudding is used. Serve and enjoy. Submitted by: Renee Fuentes |
