PUDDING - CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour & 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
12 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. cocoa nut cream instant pudding
Cool Whip
9 x 13 inch pan

Make a crust of butter, flour, sugar, and crushed walnuts. Bake for 15 minutes and then cool. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar well, then fold in 6 ounce Cool Whip. Spread this mixture on the crust. Mix the 2 puddings with 3 cups of milk (NOT 4 AS THE DIRECTIONS SAY.) Spread this on top of other mixture, and cover with more Cool Whip. You can garnish with nuts, coconut, etc. Any flavor of pudding can be used. This is my favorite. Serves 10.
