CHILIS RELLENOS 
1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies
2 c. Cheddar & Swiss cheese, grated & mixed

Slit chilies lengthwise and wash in water, removing seeds. Put cheese in each chili. Roll up and place in baking dish. Slivers of red bell pepper may be placed on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Serve with large salad and any favorite Mexican dish.
