EASY CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 1/4 c. (10 1/2 oz. can) cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (4 oz. can) mushrooms
1/2 c. (1 env.) dry onion soup mix

4 to 5 servings. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Arrange chicken pieces in 13"x9" pan. In medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until tender. Serve mushroom mixture as gravy with potatoes if desired.
