MICHIGAN CHILI RELLENOS 
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 lg. egg
3 tbsp. flour
3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 can green chilies, drained & rinsed
1/4 c. tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1 quart casserole dish with Pam. Combine yogurt, egg and flour mix until smooth. Combine cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack. Sprinkle 1/3 cheese mixture into casserole dish. Top with green chilies. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the cheese mixture, then layer yogurt mixture. On top of this spread the tomato sauce and the remaining cheese mixture. Bake about 40 minutes. Serves 2.
