GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. brown sugar 4 to 5 tbsp. melted butter 3 tbsp. "firmly" chopped walnuts (if desired) 1 to 2 tbsp. honey (white sugar substitute) Melt butter in saucepan and add brown sugar, cracker crumbs and nuts, stir until well mixed, add honey and press into bottom of 9" springform pan bottom. FILLING: 3 packs (8 oz.) cream cheese 4 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine ingredients and beat with electric mixer for 15 minutes, pour over graham cracker crust. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees, cool 10 minutes out of oven before putting topping on. TOPPING: 1 pt. (2 cups) of sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together, put topping over filling, put back into over for no longer than 5 minutes at 475 degrees, cool and refrigerate before serving. |
