KATHY'S FRUIT PIE 
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia style cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Fruit in season (can use frozen fruit) - Suggestions: Strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, cherries, grapes, pears or peaches (use any combination that appeals to you

Press dough into 9x13 inch pan. (I often use a round pizza pan because I like the shape better, but the fruit juices may run over.) Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cookie dough is golden brown but still soft. Cool 10 minutes or longer.

Mix cream cheese and sugar until the mixture is smooth and easy to spread. Spread over dough. Top with fruit. Chill.
