CALIFORNIA BAKED VEGETABLES 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. American or Cheddar cheese
Blue label Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Put thawed vegetables into a casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup and water, pour over vegetables. Spread grated cheese over vegetables mixture. Put a lightly covered amount of stuffing mix over cheese. Pour melted butter over stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
