FISH BAKE 
1/2 to 1 lb. fish fillets
Bread crumbs
Lemon juice
butter

Place fish fillet on rack on pan. Sprinkle light coating of bread crumbs and a pat of butter on each fillet. Squeeze lemon juice over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until white and flaky.
