BAKED PARMESAN FILLETS 
1 1/2 lbs. of fish fillets
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary

Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. In separate bowl mix together bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley, seasoned salt, pepper and rosemary. Dip fish into oil and lemon juice, coat with bread crumb mixture.

Place fish in greased baking pan, single layer. Bake uncovered in 450 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
