FILLETS WITH PARSLEY & PARMESAN 
1 lb. fresh white fish fillets

Mix: 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (opt.) 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan

Spread over fillets in a glass baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. 3 to 4 servings.
