FISH FILLETS PARMESAN 
1 lb. white fish
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place fillets in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and stir well. Spread evenly over fillets. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 4 servings.
