CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head chinese cabbage, chopped
8 tbsp. green onion, chopped
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Accent (optional)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

Toss cabbage and onion. In saucepan bring to a boil - sugar, vinegar, oil and spices. Cool. Sauté lightly sunflower seeds and almonds in butter. One half hour before serving, break up 1 pkg. of ramen noodles without seasoning and mix all ingredients together.
