BAKED FISH 
1 lb. (500 g.) fish fillets
1 onions, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
Tomatoes, sliced
1 c. bread crumbs, buttered

1. Put the fish in a baking dish.

2. Arrange the tomatoes and onion on the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and lemon juice.

3. Mix the cheese with the bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top.

4. Bake in a 350 degrees (180 c.) oven for about 1/2 hour.

5. Garnish with chopped chives. Serves 4.
