BAKED FILLETS WITH CHEESE | |
2 lb. fish fillets 1 can cream of tomato soup 2 tbsp. chopped onion 3/4 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Place fillets in well - greased baking dish 12 x 8 x 2 inches. Combine soup, onions, salt and pepper. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
