SAUCY BAKED FISH 
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery tops
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Combine onion, celery tops and parsley in shallow baking dish. Place fish fillets in over lapping layers over vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour oil over fish, bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over all. Bake 30-35 minutes longer.
