CAPTAIN TOM BAKED FISH 
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery and tops
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 lbs. fish fillets
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts' tomato sauce

Combine onion, celery and parsley in shallow baking dish. Place fish fillets in overlapping layer over vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour Wesson oil over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour Hunt's tomato sauce over all. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
