2 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. Crisco
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Saute onion in Crisco. Pour this mixture over one fish fillet and bake at 375 degrees until done. Garnish with lemon juice, if desired.
