WORCESTERSHIRE BAKED FISH | |
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes 1 c. green peppers, chopped 2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 lbs. fresh or frozen, thawed fish fillets Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 12 x 8 x 2 inch casserole, break up tomatoes, stir in remaining ingredients except fish. Place fish in 4 equal portions over tomato mixture. Spooning some tomato mixture over the fish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
