BARBECUE FISH BAKE 
1 to 3 lb. cleaned fish

TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. water
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients and bring just to a boil. Place fish on center of a large sheet of foil. Sprinkle salt and pepper inside fish. Spoon sauce over fish and close foil tightly. Bake over hot coals.

15 minutes for 1 lb. fish

25 minutes for 2 lb. fish

35 minutes for 3 lb. fish.
