FISH IN BBQ SAUCE 
2 lb. fresh fish fillet
2/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped celery
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Simmer onion, celery, mushrooms and green pepper in butter until soft (not brown), add remaining ingredients, except fish. Layer sauce and fish in baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Simmer sauce for 10 minutes.) Serves 6.
