GRILLED FISH 
Dale's marinade
Zesty Italian dressing
Juice form 1-2 lemons
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Firm fish fillets (grouper, amberjack, shark, skinless)

Combine all the above ingredients. Marinate fish for 30 minutes. Place on grill (medium heat). Grill until fish flakes easily with a fork. Turn. Season with your favorite seafood seasonings.
