ED'S FAST GRILLED FISH 
1 lb. fish of your choice (whole trout, fillet of sole, cod, etc.)
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. plain Italian dressing
1/2 sm. chopped onion
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper

Make a boat out of tin foil to hold the fish and make sure there is enough foil to seal the boat. Place fish in boat and all all other ingredients. Broil over grill about 15 minutes. Check to see if dressing is boiling. When fish flakes, it is cooked.

I used Zesty Italian dressing in place of the plain; onion salt in place of the chopped onion; garlic powder in place of the garlic salt; however, I still used the butter and dash of pepper. Absolutely amazing!!!!
