GRILLED FILETED FISH 
Trout, bluefish, cod or flounder fillets
Seasoning salt
Lemon pepper
Granulated garlic
Italian dressing (pkg. + vinegar + oil + water) 8 oz. per person

Prepare fish at least 4 hours prior to cooking. Sprinkle seasonings on fish, the pour dressing over fish. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours. Take grill grate from grill and put aluminum foil on grill. Punch holes in paper with fork. Grease grill grate with Crisco (solid). Place fish on grill and cook until fish flakes. Fish may be turned. Baste with butter sauce while cooking. Remove from grill and serve with salad, baked potatoes, either rolls or cornbread and tea.
