FISH IN FOIL 
4 fillets red snapper, blue fish or other fleshy fish, washed and dried
Fresh sliced tomatoes
Grated cheese
Worcestershire sauce
butter
Fresh lemon or lime juice
Fresh grated or powdered ginger (to taste)

Butter foil pieces large enough to wrap each fish. Place fillets on each foil piece, then top with tomatoes, cheese, lemon juice and a sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce, ginger, salt and pepper. Form foil around fish and bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees (or until fish flakes).

Note: Great for barbecue. Serve with salad, hot Italian bread, rice or baked potato.
