FISH IN FOIL 
Fish steaks or fillets
White wine
Cooking oil
Thyme
Pepper
Paprika
Sliced lemon

Place fish for a single portion on individual squares of aluminum foil. Sprinkle each portion with one tablespoon white wine and one tablespoon oil plus thyme, pepper and paprika to taste. Top each with a lemon slice. Double fold foil edges to seal. Bake 15 minutes in 425 degree oven or on a hot domed grill.
