FOIL BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
4 tsp. butter
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut a large square of foil for each fillet. On each square, place fillet, top with butter, salt and pepper and divide the remaining ingredients. Fold up ends of foil and seal. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
