1 critter of your choice Chopped scallions Chopped green peppers Aluminum foil 1 can hoisin sauce 2-3 garlic cloves Celery fronds 1. This is a great recipe for whole bass, grouper, or any other fish frozen or otherwise. First, bait hook......... 2. Place critter in a large sheet of aluminum foil. Make sure it can cover the whole critter. 3. Add crushed garlic cloves (and grab your Binaca!) 4. Add celery fronds, scallions and green peppers, about 1 cup each for a 5 pound bass. Adjust portion to your fish. 5. Cover fish with one can or jar of hoisin sauce. 6. Salt and pepper to taste. Close up aluminum foil. 7. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is flaky. The fish will make its own gravy. Periodically, baste the fish while baking to keep it moist. |
