BAKED FISH FILLETS 
10-12 fish fillets (any kind)
Salt, pepper & garlic salt
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Onions, chopped (to taste)
1 can cream of shrimp soup
8 oz. carton sour cream

Cook rice per package directions.

Place fillets in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Salt, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cover fillets with grated cheese and chopped onions. Mix cream of shrimp soup and sour cream into a sauce and pour over fillets. (Cream of mushroom is also excellent.) Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4. Serve with a green vegetable of your choice and your choice of bread. Serve fish on a bed of rice.
