Baked Dijon Fish Fillets

A delicious recipe, but don't thoroughly heat a glass dish unless you're sure it can take 500°F, or unless you would like to see a dramatic explosion and ruined meal.

I only spread mustard on one side of the fillet, since the brand I used has quite a strong flavor and this did not compromise the taste. Takes only minutes to prepare and the results were excellent!

This is excellent recipe and a very easy to make. Its important to pre-heat the tray that the fish get crispy.
