BAKED FISH 
Choose from haddock, flounder, whiting or any mild flavored fish. Place enough fish for 4 servings in a greased baking dish.

Mix together: 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 stick butter, melted

Spread on fillets like frosting. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour until fish can be flaked easily.
