BAKED FISH WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. fish fillets (sole, haddock or cod)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Paprika

Arrange fish in a greased baking pan. Mix ingredients. Spread over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Enjoy!
