MACARONI SALAD 
1 lg. green pepper
1 lb. macaroni (big)
1 sm. onion
4 shredded carrots
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook and cool macaroni. Mix with all vegetables. Mix mayo, milk, sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper and add to vegetables and to macaroni; mix well. Cool and serve. Makes a large salad.
