MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 box macaroni rings
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. fruit juices
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 bag colored miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) tub non-dairy whipped topping
Microwave-safe 1 qt. measure

Boil ring macaroni as package directs.

Meanwhile, drain pineapple and fruit, saving juice. Into microwave dish put 1/2 cup of the juice, the sugar and the cornstarch dissolved in the cold water. Cook on high about 3 minutes until thick and clear, stirring after 2 minutes. Cool. Drain macaroni and rinse in cold water.

In large bowl combine fruit, macaroni and juice. Add marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving time. Makes large amount. Good for parties.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
