MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 lg. carrot, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. liquid from beans
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pkgs. Equal
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Drain beans; reserve 1/2 cup liquid. Combine liquid, vinegar, oil and sweetener. Mix vegetables in large bowl. Pour marinade over and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
