MARINATED CORN 
2 cans shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans
4 stems celery, cut up
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Mix vegetables. Mix sauce and pour over vegetables, let marinate overnight. Will keep in refrigerator for a week or longer. Serves 10.
