MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can LeSeur peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped

In a saucepan bring to boil the following: 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water 3/4 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 c. sugar

When this mixture has cooled, pour over mixed vegetables and marinate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. Drain and serve.
