MARINATED GREEN VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) can sm. peas
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
1 can chinese vegetables
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimentos
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Drain canned vegetables. Mix vegetables gently. Make marinade of vinegar, sugar and oil. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. yield: 6 to 8 servings.
