MOM'S GREEN VEGETABLE BORSCHT 
3-4 sprigs chopped dill
6-8 fresh garden picked new beet tops, chopped
8 fresh garden green cabbage leaves, chopped
1/2 c. white rice
3 sm. new red potatoes, peeled and diced

Brown a small diced onion in a very small amount of cooking oil (two green onions with tops may be used). Add chopped greens, cover with water and cook until tender, add 1/2 cup Half and Half and salt to taste. Serve and enjoy.
