RED, WHITE AND GREEN VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 can sm. onions
1 sm. jar pimientos
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Partially cook the cauliflower and green beans. Spread in baking dish with the peas, small onions, mushrooms and pimientos. Cover with a sauce made by heating the soup, milk and grated cheese. Sprinkle the almonds on top and bake about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. This can be fixed early and baked at mealtime.
